The famed Palm Beach Brazilian-style steakhouse enjoys feeding and entertaining families on vacation on the island, especially those celebrating special occasions.  The Stanleys, pictured here over delicious dinner at Amazonia Churrascaria, were busy celebrating an engagement, a 3rd anniversary, and an 18th anniversary, around just one dinner table. Family members hail from Oklahoman, California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and are staying ay the Divi Phoenix. They lingered over the selection of more than 16 cuts of Rodizio charcoal-grilled meats carved table-side by the famous Gauchos, and hot Brazilian specialties, accompanied by more than 40 items from the freshest salad bar on the island.

Ed and Rita Whitney hosted a festive rehearsal dinner for 28 guests at Amazonia Churrascaria. The dinner party was very animated, as it took place on the eve of Andrea & Eric nuptials, scheduled to unfold on the beach at the Hyatt Regency the following evening. The two merging families came together for the first time, and loved the lavish food display on the salad bar and the interaction with the Gauchos, Amazonia’s meat carvers. While the bride Andrea Lee and the groom Eric Cosentino, were taking out their friends for dinner, Ed & Rita entertained the balance of the wedding party in great style.

A very famous international Dutch soccer star made it to Amazonia Churrascaria one evening this week, coming in with an entourage of family members and friends, to enjoy a measure of anonymity and a sense of true vacation. It was his second visit to the restaurant. He came to the island privately last year, in June, on vacation with his family and this time, he was invited to Aruba, post FIFA World Cup Games, with a number of colleagues from the final Dutch squad of 23 participants, as a guest of the island government, in gratitude for the players great performance. The friendly waiters and carvers made sure his experience was superb and provided him and his guests with great hospitality and fantastic food.
